15 cubic yards
15 Yard Dumpster Rental in Katy, TX
The most under-rated container in the yard. Bigger than most people need a 10 for, cheaper than the 20 they were about to book.

The 15 yard in detail
Dimensions: 16 ft long × 8 ft wide × 4 ft high
Holds about: 5 to 6 pickup truck loads
Weight allowance: 2 to 3 tons included, with the overage rate per ton quoted at booking
The 15 yard is the size customers most often did not know existed, and it is frequently the right answer. A great many people call asking for a 10, describe the job, and turn out to need about thirteen yards of space. The alternative used to be booking a 20 and paying for capacity you never touch.
Four-foot sides are the practical sweet spot. Tall enough to hold real volume, low enough that you can still lift a bag of drywall over the wall without a wheelbarrow ramp. And at sixteen feet it still fits a standard driveway without crowding the sidewalk.
It is our default recommendation for a Cinco Ranch or Cinco Ranch single-room renovation, and for anybody clearing a screened porch or shed — frame, old furniture, carpet and the accumulated contents of a decade.
Best suited to
- Single-room renovations including kitchens on the smaller side
- Garage, shed and screened porch clearouts
- Flooring removal across several rooms
- Medium yard clearance and hedge removal
- Deck or pergola demolition
- Downsizing and pre-move declutters
What to choose something else for
- Heavy concrete loads
- Full roof tear-offs with two layers
- Whole-house estate cleanouts
- New construction framing
Local note. Fifteen yards is our go-to for the 1990s and 2000s housing stock across Cinco Ranch, Bear Creek and Sealy, where driveways are wide enough for the length but the job rarely justifies a 20. It is also the practical maximum for anything with meaningful tile or masonry content.

Call and describe the job. If a different size suits it better we will say so — we would rather send the right container than the more expensive one.
Call (346) 279-1335What it costs and what is included
Every container we place is priced as a single flat rate covering delivery, the rental period, collection and disposal up to the stated weight allowance. We tell you the per-ton overage rate before you book, so if your load does come in heavy there is no surprise on the invoice.
What genuinely moves the price is the size and the density of the material, not the label on the job. Our pricing guide breaks the whole thing down.
